Terms of service
Last updated: 11 October 2026
LLYD Group Ltd, trading as allBIO (“allBIO”, “we”, “us” or “our”), operates this website and online store.
These Terms & Conditions apply when you browse our website or purchase products from us.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
About us
allBIO is a trading name of LLYD Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
Our contact and company details are provided at the end of these Terms.
Our products
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications and prices on our website are accurate.
Product images are for illustration purposes and colours or appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, packaging updates or normal manufacturing variations.
We may make minor changes to product packaging, descriptions or specifications from time to time, including where necessary to reflect legal, regulatory or technical requirements, provided that these changes do not materially affect the nature, quality or functionality of the product. We will not make a material change to a product after accepting your order without your agreement.
All products are subject to availability.
Placing an order
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.
After placing your order, you will receive an acknowledgement by email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
Our acceptance of your order takes place when we confirm that the order has been dispatched, at which point a contract between you and us is formed.
If products from the same order are dispatched separately, a separate contract is formed for the products in each shipment when we confirm that those products have been dispatched.
Before we accept your order, you may withdraw your offer by contacting us. This is separate from, and does not affect, any statutory cancellation rights you may have after a contract has been formed.
If we are unable to accept your order — for example because an item is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or description error, or we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment — we will let you know and refund any payment already taken.
Prices and payment
All prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable, unless clearly stated otherwise.
Any delivery charges will be shown before you place your order.
We may change prices from time to time, but changes will not affect an order that we have already accepted.
Payment can be made using the payment methods available at checkout. Payment must be authorised before we dispatch your order.
Discount codes and promotions may be subject to additional terms and may be withdrawn or changed before an order is placed.
Delivery
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom using the delivery options shown at checkout.
Any delivery date or period shown is an estimate unless we expressly state that it is fixed or guaranteed. Where we agree a specific delivery date or period with you, we will deliver in accordance with that agreement.
Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, we will deliver your order without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days after the contract is formed.
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances outside our reasonable control. If this happens, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the delay and your statutory rights will remain unaffected.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
The goods remain at our risk until they are delivered to you, or to another person you have nominated to receive them.
For further information, please see our Shipping Policy.
Returns and refunds
Your rights to return an item, request a refund or exercise your statutory cancellation rights are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.
Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods
We are required by law to supply goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described, please contact us at info@allbio.co.uk and we will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your legal rights.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
Customer accounts
You may be able to access a customer account using the sign-in methods made available on our website.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information associated with your account is accurate and for keeping secure the email account, device or other method you use to access your customer account.
Please contact us if you believe your account has been accessed or used without your permission.
Reviews and other content
If you submit a product review, photograph or other content to us, you confirm that it is based on your genuine experience, that you have the right to provide it and that it does not infringe the rights of another person.
By submitting content, you give us permission to display and use it in connection with our website, products and marketing.
We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary, including content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, unrelated to the product or infringes another person’s rights.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, including the allBIO name and logo, product photography, text, graphics, designs and other material, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the website for your personal, non-commercial use.
You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify or commercially exploit our content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Third-party trade marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-party services and links
Our website may include links to or functionality provided by third parties.
We are not responsible for the content or services of third-party websites that we do not control. You should review the terms and privacy policies of those providers before using their services.
Shopify
Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce technology used to operate the website.
However, purchases made through our store are made directly between you and LLYD Group Ltd trading as allBIO, not Shopify.
Shopify is not the seller of the products you purchase from us.
Our responsibility to you
We do not exclude or limit our responsibility where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory rights relating to the goods we supply.
If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable.
If you are purchasing products primarily for personal or household use, we are not responsible for business losses such as loss of profit, loss of revenue or loss of business opportunity.
Events outside our control
We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
If such an event significantly affects our ability to fulfil your order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and take appropriate steps to minimise the effect on you.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our business, website or applicable law.
The Terms that apply to an order are those in force when you place that order.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you will continue to benefit from any mandatory protections available to you under the laws that apply where you live.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from bringing proceedings in your local courts where applicable.
