allbio began with the everyday things that rarely get much attention — bin liners and dog poo bags.
They are simple products, but they are used again and again. We felt that something so ordinary could still be made more thoughtfully: practical enough for everyday life, while relying less on conventional plastic.
So we started with certified compostable bags.
Since then, that same idea has shaped the way allbio has grown. We are gradually expanding beyond bags into other household essentials, beginning with bamboo toilet paper.
We’re not interested in building a bigger range simply for the sake of it. We prefer to take familiar products — the things people use at home every day — and look carefully at how they are made, what they are made from, how they are packaged and whether there is a better way to do it.
Sometimes that means changing the material. Sometimes it means reducing unnecessary plastic. Sometimes it is simply about making a product more practical, dependable or better value.
We know that better choices are rarely perfect ones. Materials, manufacturing and packaging all involve compromises, and we would rather be open about that than make grand claims.
allbio is still growing, and so is our range. But the idea behind it remains the same:
Take the everyday essentials we all use, and make them a little better.
